For the inspiration I have choose an inspiration that come from Greece Mythology Pandora's Box. The story was towards a set of a epic poet by Heisod (he “father of Greek didactic poetry), about transgression. A box that contained of all the evil of the world, which it was the first evil, but from that all bad things there's a last spirit called HOPE.

After I done with the research, the next things that I need to do is think about fabric manipulation. Here some picture of fabric manipulation that I try to make:
1. Weaving with butterfly beading

And here the step of how I was making:

This colour fabric manipulation is representing the colour of the darkness because of the evil spirit. The butterfly it is the symbol of the evil spirit.
2. Box weaving, 3D Illusion
This fabric manipulation inspired by the box of the pandora. The weaving also inspired by Godess Athena. She has known as the Godess of wisdom, war, and craft (specially weaving).

3. Lacer cut, 3D Butterfly
For this fabric manipulation I tried to make a Butterfly lacer cut (symbol of evil spirit), with beading (represent hope). I also paint the fabric with acrilic paint to represent a universe.

4.Weaving

5. Flower Lacer cut
This fabric manipulation is represent the feminity and beauty of Pandora which symbolized by flower, but in dark colour.

After made the fabric manipulation, I started to sketch for the illustration.
I showed it to Jay and decided which sketch that I have to make it into the illustration.
This 5 sketch that I need to make it.
1. LOOK 1 and LOOK 2

2. LOOK 3

3. LOOK 4

4. LOOK 5

That's all my 5 Illustration that I send to follow te competition.
